The property was recently used as a used car business. The property can handle 10-12 cars outside and 3 or 4 cars inside. The long road frontage is perfect for loading and unloading tractor trailer trucks. Prior to being a used car business, the property was a used furniture store, pool hall, restaurant, a gas station and a bar/venue for live music.
It would be a great place for an electrical, HVAC, plumbing contractor to work out of. It provides great space for a craft type business such as pottery, woodworking, music or a stained-glass studio. It would also be great space for a landscaping business or plant nursery. Or just a great place for a man cave for hanging out and working on all those projects.

It is connected to the Warren County Public Water System. There is an old well on the property that is no longer in use.
There is a septic system, however no records are available for the current septic system. Prior to the resolution of the property dispute, a septic permit was obtained to make sure the property could support a septic system based on the new survey.
